Pulley robots work hard behind the scenes to make sure everything about your sale happens smoothly and automatically. However, we have added a few little gems to give you control over any issues you may encounter selling your digital products.
You can now void an order by simply clicking that specific order from your Orders page and choosing Void this order at the bottom. Voided orders won’t show up in your stats and can help to clear out test orders, problems, or if an order is held up for some reason and you’ve taken care of it directly with the customer.
You can now view the download URL for an ordered product right in your order page. Simply click on the URL link next to the product name and view the URL originally emailed to the customer. This way if your customer is having problems receiving your emails when you resend the order, you can manually give them this URL to access their download.
Note: when the customer uses this direct URL, or when accessing that URL yourself, it will apply toward the 3 download limit.
